These shelters have been designed specifically for disaster relief by Shigeru Ban Architects. I thought these were interesting shapes to work with in addition to the hexayurts. You can see and read more about them here. I also like the way the architects have used local material for each shelter, for example, the Indian shelter is made of bamboo and rubble.
