  1. Quite a bit of criticism for the various diets. And honestly, the ketogenic diet especially seemed good enough cause for worry, even to me. :P

    Body Ecology Diet site on the other hand seemed like one of the typical feel-good programmes to improve quality of life doing the rounds these days. :P Complete with a whole bunch of glowing testimonials. :P

  2. I agree , but all of them except feingold are ...
    feingold is like ayurveda from western roots

    I don't make my son follow any diet...

    thing is more in terms of either offering parents what they may ask for or sticking to a brand identity in which case we offer only ABA and GFCF or Feingold and organic food and things like that

    Fish for exmaple, only pond gwon fresh water fish is supposed edible by some so we could have a pool for growing our own fish etc...
