I liked that parks and open spaces and starting points are all a 5 minute walk from wherever you are. That would require a great deal of very precise coordination and planning. I wish they'd gone into more detail and perhaps examples for each of their "Design Principles" though.
Oh of course, loads of people must be thinking along these lines what with the whole eco-friendliness mood the whole world is in right now. Ours is extremely specific to one case - Autism, so it would definitely not be ordinary.
